In my 20's I felt splintered, disconnected, like a leaf in the wind. I craved the feeling of purpose and joy.
I'm outgoing, funny and love talking to people. Many say I am the next Oprah. Since I started coaching my passion is to help woman in their 30's who feel trapped by guilt. These dynamite hard working wonderful women have stopped themselves from living the life they have earned. Their concern for others feeling's trump their own. They will no longer live small! Woman of this generation have been taught to think of others first while also being told to strive for perfection in themselves.

Kate has an uncanny ability to read a person's energy and offer advice and support. With Kate I feel heard and respected when we talk. Kate is able to see the entire individual and give advice and direction based on all aspects of the individual's life situations. Kate asks the right questions and makes me extremely comfortable being myself and exploring all aspects of my thoughts and feelings.

I started working with Kate as my life coach because I was looking to get a new job or potentially a new career altogether. I had attempted to do this on my own the year prior but was unsuccessful. Kate was extremely helpful in the process the second time around. She has this way of asking questions and making connections that make you think about yourself in a new light. She helped me recognize my strengths and worth. She gave me the confidence I needed to apply to positions that I had deemed myself unqualified for. She helped me create goals and then held me accountable to them. Even though my main goal of working with Kate was to transition out of my job (which I did!) she truly gave me so much more during our coaching sessions.
